ABOUT JASON CAMPBELL
My name is Jason Campbell and I deliver a range of business coaching services that are solely focused on helping agency owners with the positioning, growth and efficiency of their business.
I've spent 25+ years working in agencies, from designing in the studio to every level of account and project management. The last 17 years have been as a commercial direct, MD and owner with a heavy focus on winning new clients and retaining those relationships.
I’ve helped brands like M&S, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz and Sainsburys with design solutions and how to set up internal design and development teams. I've built one of the UK's leading agencies to service the legal sector and before this I was the Managing Director of the UK’s first live digital streaming media agency. We transformed websites like MTV’s from static images into an interactive video platform and delivered ground breaking (at the time) online broadcasts of live productions like the Q Music awards and global AGM meetings.
My focus on agency growth has ranged from 20 people in a single London office becoming 400 all over the world to two designers in a bedroom becoming a multi-million pound organisations.
I've been through many highs and lows and learnt some big lessons by making mistakes however every one of these experiences means I now have a broad and in-depth understanding of what really makes an agency successful.
